Single-origin pour-overs at dawn. Small-batch cocktails after dark. Two passions, one counter — and neither is compromised.
Dipper Dan started with a simple conviction: that great coffee and great cocktails deserve the same respect. Not as separate universes, but as two expressions of the same obsession — with technique, with ingredients, with the moment between preparation and presentation.
Located on the heart of Main Street in Honeoye Falls, we've built a space where the morning ritual of a perfectly pulled espresso flows naturally into the evening ritual of a carefully constructed Old Fashioned. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just people who care deeply about what they pour.
The interior is designed to do what the drinks do best — make you slow down. Deep burgundy walls, brushed brass fixtures, and warm walnut surfaces create an atmosphere that feels both intimate and unhurried.
By day, the natural light from the Main Street windows turns the marble counter into a stage for the morning ritual. By night, the same space softens under amber pendant lights, and the bar becomes the center of gravity.
Whether you're working, meeting, or unwinding — this is a place that doesn't rush you out.
I've been coming to Dipper Dan for two years now. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the cocktail program is genuinely impressive for a town this size. It's become my Friday evening ritual.
The atmosphere is unlike anywhere else in the area. Dark, warm, and thoughtfully designed. I brought out-of-town guests here and they couldn't believe what we have right in our backyard.
Best cold brew in the Finger Lakes, hands down. And the honey lavender latte is something I recommend to everyone who asks about coffee recommendations in the area.
Walk in any evening and take a seat. Or call ahead — we're happy to save you a spot. Either way, we'll have something ready that's worth your time.
